Responsibilities:
- Handle client tickets via email, chat, and social platforms.
- Offer white-label and multilingual support (if applicable).
- Manage FAQs, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a customer service or support role (preferably BPO or IT).
- Proficient in CRM platforms (like Chatwoot, Zendesk, or Freshdesk).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Fast typing skills and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working with tools like Canvas, ChatGPT, and DeepSeek.
Remote IT Support Technician
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve software/hardware/network issues remotely.
- Guide users through installations, configuration, and updates.
- Offer 24/7 rotating support shifts (flexible timing).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in remote troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux.
